Fix Common Issues Before Contacting Support

Please try the following steps first. In most cases, the issue will be resolved without needing to wait for support.

• Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast enough for streaming.
• Close the app completely and reopen it.
• Use the Reload / Refresh Channels option inside the app (if available).
• If the issue continues, send us a screenshot and the name of the app you are using.
• Enter the details exactly as received, without extra spaces or symbols.
• Avoid copy-pasting from apps that may change formatting.
• If it still doesn't work, send us a screenshot of the entered details for verification.
• Uninstall the app and reinstall it from the official store or from the AROMA TV apps page.
• Make sure you are using the latest available version.
• Try running the subscription on another device to confirm the issue is not device-related.
• Use an IPTV-supported app (such as compatible TV apps or apps recommended by AROMA TV).
• Make sure the link is complete and not truncated during copy/paste.
• Do not share your link with anyone to avoid subscription suspension.
• Ensure the link starts with http when pasting it into the app.
• Restart both your device and router (power off completely, then turn back on).
• Try using a different internet connection (e.g., mobile hotspot).
• Make sure the subscription is not being used simultaneously on another device with the same credentials.
• Test your internet speed using Fast.com on the same device.
• Close any other apps or devices consuming bandwidth (downloads, YouTube, etc.).
• If the issue is with a specific channel or match, send us the exact channel or event name for checking.
AROMA TV subscription is designed to work with most internet providers in GCC countries and Europe. If there are ISP restrictions, our support team can suggest alternative solutions.
