Does the Aroma subscription work worldwide? What if I travel to another country? +

Can I request a movie or series that is not available on the server? +
Yes, you can request any movie or TV series that is not currently available, and we will try to upload it as soon as possible. You can follow newly added content via the Updates Page and the On-Demand Section.
Does Aroma work on IPTV Smarters Pro? +
Yes, Aroma works on IPTV Smarters Pro, but we do not recommend using it as your main app because it is frequently blocked, especially in Saudi Arabia. It’s better to use more stable apps such as IBO Player or other recommended apps listed on the Supported Apps Page.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device? +
You can install the subscription on multiple devices, but not at the same time using the same user credentials. There is also a special plan that supports two devices working simultaneously, which you can choose from the store.
Does Aroma work on Samsung and LG Smart TVs? +

What happens if the subscription stops working? Is there any warranty? +
Yes, there is a warranty on the subscription. If the service stops, we work to solve the issue as quickly as possible and provide appropriate compensation depending on the type and duration of the interruption.
Can I watch Aroma on my computer (Windows or Mac)? +
Yes, you can watch Aroma on your Windows PC or MacBook via IPTV player software, or directly through the Online Web Player by opening it in your browser and entering your subscription details.
Does the subscription provide access to major leagues and tournaments? +
Yes, Aroma lets you watch most major Arabic and international leagues and tournaments via a wide selection of sports channels, and multiple streaming qualities to match your internet speed.
How do I purchase from the store and receive my subscription details? +

How do I download the Aroma app and activate my subscription? +

Search for Aroma TV 4K on Google Play and install the app, or use the direct links from the Apps Page. After installation, enter the activation code or username and password sent to you after purchase.

Apple Devices (iPhone & iPad):
Download S Player Pro from the App Store, then enter your username and password, and in the server field type 333 as shown in the How to Use Aroma TV 4K guide.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs:
Install IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player on your TV, then enter your subscription details. Note: IBO Player is a paid app, but its activation is provided free with the yearly plan from our side.

Can I transfer my subscription to a new device if I change my device? +
Yes, you can transfer your subscription to a new device, as long as it is not used at the same time on two devices with the same user (unless you have the two-device plan). If you face any issue, please contact our support team via the Support Page.
